Frightmares: A Festival of the Damned

Darkstone Entertainment presents a short film festival of the damned. Frightmares offers filmmakers the unique opportunity to have their work screened and released as part of a compilation DVD for national and international distribution.

The festival will be held in Charlottesville, VA on September 21st - September 23rd, 2007. At the festival the audience wil be choosing which films will make it in to the compilation DVD. We will also have the judges rating each film for awards in all the usual categories like best film, best make-up, best screenplan... you get the picture.

We are looking for any and all horror, fantasy, and science-fiction shorts under 30 minutes. We are also taking promos and trailers for longer and/or unfinished projects.
